At Dietking Herbal, we strive to deliver your orders safely and promptly. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India. We are working on expanding our delivery reach to international destinations — stay tuned for updates!

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Remote/Rural Areas	7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹60–₹100 applies to orders below ₹999, depending on your location.
• Express shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also contact us at support@dietkingherbal.com for tracking assistance.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@dietkingherbal.com with your order number. We will investigate with our courier partner and keep you updated.

In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after confirmation from the courier.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
